For many years I worked as a teacher in Hong Kong. I have always had an interest in herpetology and, consequently, ended up with a collection of unwanted and market rescue turtles and iguanas. Whenever I needed to consult a vet in HK I was always impressed by them. They would tell me if they had little experience with exotics and would go above and beyond to deal correctly with the case. They came from all over the world but all exhibited what I would define as the very best of professional practice. It was a pleasure to work with them. Now there are more specialists there who maintain the same quality of care. :)
